We were told that because we ordered before 1pm, our new transmission would be here by Saturday. They are closed over the weekend and on Monday, so they would not start working on it until Tuesday. We should have it back by Thursday (one week from today). This was all quoted to us by Alex in the service department. My husband called to just ask a quick question about what happens when the transmission is removed and he finds out that they have an indefinite shipping date. The same guy, Alex, says they can't guarantee that the transmission will be here by Saturday. There's apparently some issue with the manufacturer. They have no idea how long it will actually take to get the part and get the van repaired. They weren't going to call and inform us though. If we wouldn't have called we would have been surprised when we tried to pick it up next week. Meanwhile, I've already had to cancel a visit home to see sick family, a camping trip with my 3kids, and multiple appointments with no end in sight. We asked if they could give us a loaner since they don't know when they can get it fixed and we were told they don't usually do that. Alex is supposedly going to ask someone, but judging by the way they have handled everything and the way Honda itself works, they won't do anything. They don't care about their customers and they certainly don't stand behind their product. I would strongly caution anyone from using Holman Honda and really from buying any Honda anywhere. More

Disastrous handling of a safety recall. I received a Honda safety recall letter January 2024, booked the service with Kuni/Holman Honda Service center February 14, 2024. Morning of servic I received a Honda safety recall letter January 2024, booked the service with Kuni/Holman Honda Service center February 14, 2024. Morning of service date, service department called to notify parts were out of stock. Parts were ordered and I would get a call back end of March to reschedule. No call back. I followed up on March 25 and was told an “advisor” would call me back within 2-3 days with an update. No call back. I followed up on April 1, 2024 and was told by Jordan per his supervisor that the safety recall was a “miscommunication from Honda” and a new letter of clarification would be sent out from Honda explaining the situation. I called Schomp Honda of Highlands Ranch and they were able to complete the safety recall in half a day. Clearly Kuni/Holman Honda service does not want to perform any Honda Safety Recalls so I would recommend taking your Honda to Schomp for any and all servicing. More

I've owned Hondas for a good 30+ years. This service department has keep my cars running like new! They don't push to find something wrong; very trustworthy. At some seasonal 'time' changes, I even drop by to have them change my clock back or forth. Always assist me with a smile. The top place in town. They don't change personnel constantly which is a plus. A+ rating in my book! More
