However when I found a promising car offered by Kuni Honda, I came in and met with Austin and decided to take it for a test drive. From there, we just needed to figure out the logistics, and that’s what I was most cautious about. I had previously had a terrible buying experience and lost a lot of money and confidence in the process. But when I worked with Austin, he was very respectful and understanding – not pushy at all. I let him know what I was able to afford and how much I expected to get for my current car, selling it privately. He stepped up and negotiated on my behalf with the dealership, getting me a reasonable price for my trade-in and an affordable price for the Subaru. Throughout it all, his demeanor was very professional and courteous, making this whole experience by far the best I’ve ever had. While I was originally hesitant to come to Kuni Honda due to some negative reviews on the Web, Austin and the team I interacted with there proved to me that they were capable of exceptional service.
