It was such a pleasure to be working with Brian. He really seemed to be a genuine person who showed me his real personality and gave me some good opinions and ideas; he did not fit into the stereotypes of car salesmen. This is my first time buying a car, and he was patient and explained things so that I could understand them, and I did not feel like I was getting lost in a bunch of slick sales lingo. The cars were fantastic - I was looking at the certified used cars, and they were very impressive. Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, I did not purchase a car today. Because of this, most of my opinion is based on the salesperson, the cars, and the general look/feel of the dealership; I cannot have a fair opinion on the sales/financing part of the deal. From my experience, the person (James) with whom I would have spoken with about specific pricing/packages was not nearly as personable as I would have liked. I experienced him as impatient and inflexible, and he was not someone that I would like to ever see again. I hope that on the day that I actually can purchase a car that I will not have to deal with this individual and that the person I DO work with on the financing will be more respectful towards me as a person. I have every intention to return to this dealership next month after I return to the area from the east coast, and I hope that I get to work with Brian again at that time! More

I dreaded having to buy a new car - in fact, I procratinated for an entire year before I finally made my visit to Kuni. But, having worked with George Lee, I have completely changed my opinion abo procratinated for an entire year before I finally made my visit to Kuni. But, having worked with George Lee, I have completely changed my opinion about buying a new car! George made the experience educational, entertaining and almost painless! He was very efficient with all the mountains of paperwork that go into this process, and it actually took far less time than I was prepared for. He was very concientious about explaining the important issues - and he made sure I understood them by explaining it more than one way if I seemed unclear. I felt that he was sincere and genuine and really cared about making sure this was a good experience for me. On the finance side, I was also very pleased with Barry Udell, who took the time to really work with me on the finer points of the financing process. He was very patient and truly listened to my questions - and then clearly addressed them one by one. And while I felt a little bit silly, at first, ringing the bell when my purchase was complete, everyone cheering and clapping for me actually seemed like a release of any leftover anxiety - it was fun! A couple of Kuni people came over and personally congratulated me afterwards - and I hadn't even worked with any of them...that was a nice feeling! He made two follow-up phone calls to us during our three days of car-shopping to let us know when any discounts, etc, had just gone into effect.
