My husband and I drove 5 hours to work with Pat Fogarty at Kuni Hona. He was a plessure to work with. He let us take all the time we needed to find exactly what we wanted. We ended up purchasing a 2008 Honda Pilot, the price was unbeatable! Over all this was a pleasent experience, and worth the 5 hour drive. Thanks Pat! More

Bien did his best to get me in and out of the dealership quickly per my request.He was excellent through the entire process.He showed me all the gadgets in the car before I left which was appreciated. The only down side of the transaction was that I receieved only $2000 for my trade in and then I saw it was immediately put up for sale on the Kuni Used car lot the next day for $6995. But my overall experience was good.I like my Honda Element and we are thinking about getting another one or a Honda van. If we do I plan to come back to Kuni and ask for Bien. More

We came to the dealership on February 25th. Our salesman Paul was very nice. The negotiations for the price of the car were not handled by Paul but rather handled by a sales manager and unfortunately we do Paul was very nice. The negotiations for the price of the car were not handled by Paul but rather handled by a sales manager and unfortunately we do not remember his name. Our financing was handled by Barry Udell. After over 2 hours of very difficult negotiations we agreed upon a price for our vehicle. We were then taken back to the finance manager and at that point things went from good to terrible. We originally agreed to purchase the warranty which he said would be an additional $12 per month. When the contract was printed out not only was the price of the warranty increased from what he originaly said our car was now costing us $3000 more than we had agreed to purchase it for with the sales manager. When we refused that Mr. Udell then said well how about if you purchase only a part of the warranty and I will actually make your payments go down by $13 per month. At this point we told Mr. Udell we wanted to simply purchase the car for the price we had originaly agreed plus the sales tax. The contract was then written up correctly and for $64 less per month than we were originally quoted. This was nothing but a total rip off in the financing department. We only agreed to purchase the car and not walk out because we had agreed on what we felt was a good price for the vehicle and did not want to have to start all over again in another dealer. At the end when we left with the vehicle we were asked to fill out and sign a customer satisfaction survey, we could not take it with us, we were at that point late and the form was filled out with everyting being wonderful because if we had not someone else would have had to talk to us and all we wanted to do was leave at that point. I then sent an email to Kuni Honda on February 26 saying how unhappy we were. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a Pat Grooms who claimed he was the General Sales Manager. We had a lengthy conversation in which I explained everything to him. He said he would look into what happened and asked if we would be home on Monday afternoon so he could call us back after he had a chance to discuss with the people involved. Well today is Wed afternoon and we have heard from no one at Kuni Honda. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
