From the moment that we walked in to the dealership we were treated extremely well! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made our experience great. We had our kids with us and having the little pl were treated extremely well! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made our experience great. We had our kids with us and having the little play area and snacks was wonderful...they loved it. The gentleman in finance who assisted us (I can't remember his name) was FABULOUS!!! He was quick since he knew that it was getting late and our kids were getting tired. He had toys for them to play with and even gave them each their own "new car" (a hot wheel car). The annoucement throughout the showroom and allowing the kids to ring the bell was just the perfect top off of the night. Overall the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Rick was amazing and made it easy to purchase a car from Kuni Honda. We will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone that we know looking to purchase. More
I have always been impressed with the friendliness and prompt service at Kuni Honda. We especially appreciate the great customer service Mike Christian provided. We were greeted right away in the garage prompt service at Kuni Honda. We especially appreciate the great customer service Mike Christian provided. We were greeted right away in the garage and did not have to wait at all. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions. We also appreciate the prompt follow-up phone call (when the part that was on back order came in.) Thanks! More
We live in Colorado Springs and were looking for a used Odessey. My husband made an online inquiry about a van in your inventory and Pat Fogerty called me to follow up on that inquiry. He was so friendly Odessey. My husband made an online inquiry about a van in your inventory and Pat Fogerty called me to follow up on that inquiry. He was so friendly and helpful. I had many questions about the vehicle and he kindly answered all of my questions which took several phone calls. He even walked out to the van in the parking lot while on the phone with me, to describe it's features and condition. We drove up to the dlr on a Saturday morning and while that particular van wasn't right for us, Pat hooked us up with an even better one with way more features than we imagined!! AND- he worked all day to meet our pricing!!! We were there for 7 hours!!! It was a long tiring day, but at the end we were very happy with the deal. You guys bought our vehicle for a good price and we came home in a great Odessey. Thank you for a great experience ane we would be happy to recommend Pat Fogerty and your dealership. More
Torri did a great job explaining the options on all the used cars. He was open about the xxxxxxcon's on each vehicle. Dealer advertised pricing was competitive - they clear know their market and prices. used cars. He was open about the xxxxxxcon's on each vehicle. David was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to go over the pros and cons and worked with both my husband and I to make the car more affordable. The gentleman that sits at the first service desk was extremely helpful. I was able to work with a dealer to look at new cars while the service people worked on my truck. They located me to let me know extremely helpful. I was able to work with a dealer to look at new cars while the service people worked on my truck. They located me to let me know it was finished. The explanation of the service needed on the truck was thorough and easy to understand. I appreciate the work that Kuni Honda does and how they treat each person like a person and not a number. More
mike was very friendly and provided excellent customer service skills. Joe was also great in working out a deal since the cost came out to almost $3000. In terms of quality of workmanship, it looks fine service skills. Joe was also great in working out a deal since the cost came out to almost $3000. In terms of quality of workmanship, it looks fine so far, but I have only driven the car twice. Lori was also very friendly when she had called to follow up on the service. More
Outstanding prices, service and waiting area - I was really surprised at the low price for the number of services I had performed. I will be buying another Honda when I purchase my next vehicle. On Feb 17th we brought out Pilot in for what my wife described to Mr. Butcher as a rattling noise. A service Tech moved the A/C bracket which was touching lines. Tech stated there was a test drive and t described to Mr. Butcher as a rattling noise. A service Tech moved the A/C bracket which was touching lines. Tech stated there was a test drive and the noise was gone. However, when my wife came home that night the vehicle was making the same noise that we took it in for. I personally brought it in a few weeks later. I dropped the vehicle off with Mr. Staab and I had him listen to the noise - He described it as a chirping noise. As a note I could hear the chriping at his computer across the bay from the vehicle over other cars running in the bay. I later was informed that there was a service bulletin to install a taper shim 2 kit, a belt tensioner was also replaced. I inquired why this noise was not better diagnosed, as well as why if there was service bulletin why my vehicle made it out a few weeks prior without being properly diagnosed. I was informed that since my wife described the noise as a rattling that the service tech felt he had taken care of the problem even though the vehicle was still making the same noise. Service bulletins from my understanding are sent out to prevent damage from occuring or causing more damage to a vehicle. I was given the impression that the bulletin was out the first time the vehicle was in. I have since found the service bulletin was date April 10th 2010, and it covers Pilots 2005-2009. I have 2 issues. If this has been a problem since 2005 covering Accord, Odyssey, pilots, and ridgelines as well as the other branch of the company Acura MDX and TL's. Why has honda not corrected this issue from the manufacturing side? #2 if a car comes in with today's computer technology why would it not be flagged to have ever Service bulletin angle checked out? I bought a honda for it's "reliability" and the better service I thought I would receive verses the crappy service I received from Dodge with my previous 2 vehicles. Please take this as constructive criticism. #1 Fix the problem at the plant, don't gamble with this and hope it goes away. I wonder if this had occured outside the 36,000 mile warranty if I would still be covered? What if it had a I took it to a shop outside the dealership? Would I pay out of pocket for it? And if so that's pretty cruddy when you know there are issues with the specifications of some of your engines!!! If I hadn't brought it cause I didn't recognize that there was a sound change or thought it was normal, how long before the timing belt would break due to the rubbing issues and major damage occured due to a broken timing belt - damaged Valves, pistons Etc. Due to Honda's "WE HOPE THAT WE CATCH IT AND SHIM IT BEFORE IT BREAKS INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM BEFORE WE SELL THE VEHICLE - ATTITUDE!" #2 don't let something like this happen due to a description of rattling verses chirping especially when there is a common problem with this engine. Will have to see how this dealership handle another Service Bulletin for juddery seats I happen to be having go on right now. Took the vehicle in 3 times for the front seats and only on the 3rd time was it figured out. Oh now there is an official bulletitn out that says we can repair something that we know may break. Do the job right or don't do it at all.I could by an american vehicle and get this same treatment for less money!!! Eric Zuick More
