This is the first car I've purchased and was a little worried about all the things I may encounter in my first visit to the dealership.I was very pleased with the attentive service and consideration for worried about all the things I may encounter in my first visit to the dealership.I was very pleased with the attentive service and consideration for my MINI's care as well as my well being in general. Jimmy was very patient and helped me through the process of being a "new-to-me" MINI owner by answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain everything to me very carefully and pleasantly. He was a joy to talk to and I look forward to visiting the dealership again because I know "Hank" is in good hands. I love my MINI and would recommend anyone I know in the market to buy a new car to purchase one from Princeton MINI. They made me and "Hank" fee like family. Thank You! More

They are so helpful and considerate of the situation, seem to go above and beyond to resolve issues, extremely knowledgable and very friendly. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. I also want to mention the sales staff. They too jump in to help locate folks or resolve issues if they can and never make you feel like you are imposing. Overall, the entire Mini staff that I have come in contact with during my visits has been better than any other I have dealth with in the past. More

Treated very well, service tech listened to problems and concerns and talked thru possible scenarios. Called with full description of problem and recommended service. No pressure to do all items at same time. Service handled with professionalism and courtesy throughout, work done perfectly and on time. Have two minis and hope to add third and would without a doubt look to Princeton Mini to supply it. More

Rob Morris was very courteous (no relation to me by the way) got drinks for my kids, was patient when they ran amok in the place, etc. Other staff I came across were very friendly. I wasn't ready to buy at the time and it didn't matter at all to him. He arranged me to take a drive and said no worries...very cordial. I have yet to experience service or sales to the level that others have, so I must respect their statements. Just wanted to write though and say I had a good experience. In addition, the Mini side now has it's own cordoned off area, specfic to the brand. More
The bad things about princeton MINI have to due with there service department and there are too many things to list here. They don't have the part to<br> fix it and don't know when they can get it.
