I just got my Mini last week with Adam's help. Everyone in this dealership, from Manager to Sales reps, is extremly friendly and helpful. They are very caring to their customer too, when Adam got to know that I just came back from a vacation from my hometown, he printed out a pic of that city and put it into the car! I'm not sure which other dealer would do that. The "walk through" was pretty helpful and informative too. I'm satisfied with everything that I saw and received from Princeton Mini. Thank you guys and I really recommend this dealer to whoever wants to buy a MINI. More

I wasn't thrilled with the initial trade value that was given to me, and Mike worked hard to make it fair and made sure that ultimately I was happy and satisfied even though I had to come back on Monday for the financing piece of the deal. (Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I live 30 miles west of Philadelphia...so it's a haul) Mike was also able to get the bonnet stripes put on the car by the service dept on Monday so I was REALLY happy! We got everything wrapped up and Mike went over the car with me to the extent of pairing my Blackberry with the stereo, I don't know if this is normal for a sales person to do that...but it seemed over and above to me! Through this whole experience...Mike kept things fun and enjoyable and I feel like I have someone that I can trust and that values me as a customer. I would recommend Mike and Princeton Mini to anyone looking for a Mini. More
I visited four dealerships the day I stopped in at Princeton Mini. Out of the four dealerships (of different manufacturers), Princeton Mini was the most friendly. You want a Mini, great. Not ready to Princeton Mini. Out of the four dealerships (of different manufacturers), Princeton Mini was the most friendly. You want a Mini, great. Not ready to buy, that's fine too, what do you want to know? I contacted Princeton Mini to schedule a test drive of a Cooper Clubman S via a web form, and was assigned to Motoring Advisor Kyle Burns. Kyle was affable and enthusiastic and willing to answer any and all questions. The test drive was a nice mix of fast and slow driving with a cool off ramp to show the cars cornering abilities. When I was ready to buy, Kyle was more interested in finding the right car for me, not what was convenient or in their stock. When it came time to work on a price, I found it to be a very low pressure exercise, probably one of the best purchase experiences I've had. After a few days, when it looked as if the car I wanted (located at another dealership) was not able to be shipped to Princeton Mini, they offered to either seek other supply avenues or rescind the deal and return my deposit, no questions asked. The delivery experience was exceptional. Upon my arrival, Kyle brings my freshly detailed Mini Cooper Clubman S around from the back. He then begins the orientation process by describing all of the controls and features, stopping to answer my questions as needed, and pairing my cellphone. Back in the dealership, he also assisted with a call to the auto insurance company to help me get a particular discount. When it came time to sign papers and commit to the final contract, Chris (in the finance department) rounded out the pleasant experience. At no time did I feel Princeton Mini pressured me into the sale and, more than that, I was still excited to drive off in the Mini when I left the dealership! More
I just got my third Mini Cooper from this dealership and I will tell you why. Each experience from the start to finish was both fun and extremely professional. I was kept informed of the status of my Mini v I will tell you why. Each experience from the start to finish was both fun and extremely professional. I was kept informed of the status of my Mini via email, spent little time there having to sign papers, was shown how to thoroughly operate the car and the service has been exceptional. I am a licensed insurance agent and I deal with dealers everyday and I return to this dealership because of the exceptional staff and service. More
I would like to say what impressed us the most about Princeton Mini dealership was the sales person Kyle Burns. My husband and I visited with several dealerships when i was in the market for a car. An Princeton Mini dealership was the sales person Kyle Burns. My husband and I visited with several dealerships when i was in the market for a car. And the experience did not meet the service level I received at MINI. I was actually about to buy a Prius at the time, and would have purchased it that day but the salespeople were so horrible, I decided not to. My husband mentioned to the Prius sales several times that the vehichle was for me but throughout our visit, but they would only direct the questions to him as if he was the decision maker. When we stopped by the mini dealership unexpectedly, I was not prepared and not knowing anything about the mini except how it looked like. Kyle was patient enough to go through all the details and answer my questions. He did not have the typical attitude that many of the dealers had where they seemed to work only with men. There were no pressure in trying to sell me the car nor was there the perception the "husband" would make the decision. The car itself is great but Kyle was excellent in working with us and that assisted in my decision to purchase the mini. When I came back with changes on the car the following day, he was more than willing to accommodate my changes. The emphasis seemed to be that the buyer should get the car they want and not what he was trying to sell. The day we picked up the mini, Kyle made sure I was comfortable enough with the functions before leaving the dealership. Princeton Mini dealership is definitely the best service I have seen. More
Everyone at Princeton Mini was courteous and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I love my Mini and tell everyone what a great car it is. I ordered the car and was told it would take 8 wee helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I love my Mini and tell everyone what a great car it is. I ordered the car and was told it would take 8 weeks.....it came in 8 weeks, just as promised. My only complaint is your sign.....all you see is the big advertisement sign at the end of the lot. You need to put up a nice big Princeton Mini Cooper sign that is very visable when coming to the dealership. The first time coming there I went right by the place and had to do a few turn arounds to get back. That was the most stressful thing i can say about the whole experience. Thank you again for everything.....Faith More
The reason I have rated Printon MINI as I highly as I did is because from the moment I contacted them in regards to purchasing my MINI, the service was outstanding. For one, I found Princeton MINI on -line a is because from the moment I contacted them in regards to purchasing my MINI, the service was outstanding. For one, I found Princeton MINI on -line amongst other MINI dealers in my area. No more than two days later, I was obtaining a response from their internet sales manager Christie Williams. She was very helpful in answering my questions, setting up my first visit to the dealer, meeting my sales representative, forwarding me directions, and following up with me after my visit. I am VERY BIG on Customer Service and her initial contact satisfied an opportunity to what I was to expect. Secondly, I went to my appointment and met my sales representative, Mike Trifiro, who not only was as plesant to work with as Chrsite was, but also answered my every question, did not pressure me into anything, and just made me feel comfortable as a whole. This was the first time in my life that I thought about buying a vehicle so for those who have experienced their first purchase, you know how nervous one can get. I left home the day I met with Mike, having placed my order for my new MINI. As I waited for my baby to be built, I was anxious, however, MINI made the process so simple as you can follow the built of your car. As I watched intensely, I , ofcourse had more questions. I would contact Mike every so often, in fact, I probablly annoyed him, but he never made me feel bad about doing so. He was great. When my MINI was ready, about 1 month and a half later, I got the call about picking up my MINI; my baby had finally arrived the U.S. and it was ready to be picked up. The transition of picking up my MINI and finalizing the paperwork could not have gone smoother. Still, a bit nervous because the transaction was not yet completed. At this point, Mike Trifiro passed me along to my Financial Advisor Jim Foster. Dealing with him was also just as plesant as with Mike and Chrstie. He obtained neccessary information, payment, and we did a lot of signing and initialling. All in all, it was great!! And for that I thank them because today I have my MINI; my MINI that I had been contemplating the purchase of for the past 2 years. Thanks Christie, Mike, and Jim, for an amazing experience and great customer service!! You have all obtained an A+ in my book! More

My Wife's MINI was eating coolant on a regular basis for about two weeks and it was also comming up for scheduled maintenance. Isaac took the information and the car was released to the technicians. Through about two weeks and it was also comming up for scheduled maintenance. Isaac took the information and the car was released to the technicians. Throughout the morning Isaac kept me up-to-date with the progress. It turns out there were several things that needed attention. First, the coolant leak was a bad thermostat and a cracked housing. Second, the passenger side engine mount was replaced and the shock tower flange was replaced due to a crack. All of this was fixed under warranty, so my out-of-pocket expense was just an oil change. The car was washed prior to release to me. I have two MINI Coopers...mine is a 2004 MINI Cooper S and my Wife's is a 2005 MINI Cooper with CVT. Both cars have been serviced at Princeton MINI since they were new and will continue to be serviced by them. I have complete faith in this Dealership and always speak highly ablout it when asked about our cars. More
