I had brought my 2005 mini in for a list of repairs.It was just best to put money down on a new car. I spoke to him and he said that they were to recive three in the next few days. In the inturm they let me use a loaner. After test driving the base model,and mid coupe models, I deciced on the Coupe s that was still in England. After two weeks of loaner cars it came, late saterday. The October Mini run was Sunday, So they let us drive our Honda Accord along with the rest of the Minis. I picked up the Coupe S on the following Tuesday. There is a lot of differece between the Coupe and My 2006. Alex was very helpful setting up the Coupe as close as possible to my old comfortable settings. I only got to drive the Coupe twice then I had to leave town. To My surprise the smallest car Enterprise had was a new Fiat 500, needless to say, Boy am I small car spoiled! More
Princeton Mini is the worst dealership in my experience. The customer service is extremely poor. These guys do not understand the meaning of commitment. I have had numerous negative experiences at the service center. Once I needed to have a minor auto body work done on my Mini. They said it would take 5 business days to complete. I dropped off the car one day and left for a week long business trip. I returned the following weekend and discovered that my car was not done. They did not even know why it got delayed. In other words, nobody bothered to follow up with their auto body shop. The dealership also did not care to inform me. I then requested a loaner car for the remaining days. They refused saying that the fault was that of the auto body shop. I mentioned that I was conducting the work through Princeton Mini and therefore it was their responsibility to ensure that I get transportation to cover the days. Anyway, I ended up renting a car at my own cost. I have heard similar negative comments from others who have had to deal with these guys. I would discourage anyone from using this dealership. It is better to drive an extra distance to a different dealership than suffer through this atrocious service More

I purchased a 2012 clubman S - Marlon was terrific and made the experience easy from the initial test drive, through the order process and right on to delivery and explaining everything about the car. Over the past several weeks have been searching for the right pre-owned car over the internet. Wanted to try and do as much online as possible. Had found several cars, but each dealership that I tried to right pre-owned car over the internet. Wanted to try and do as much online as possible. Had found several cars, but each dealership that I tried to communicate with did not seem interested in buyers that would not come sit in the dealership. Was all set to buy another car, but after 2 weeks of slow responses, got frustrated and did one more search. Found a great car at Princeton for a great price. Contacted Princeton at 9 am the next morning. Worked with Marlon who responded to my questions immediately and took care of everything over the phone and email. Arrived there after work, test drove the car, signed the paperwork that was already prepared and drove the car home. Could not have asked for a better process or experience. Marlon did a fantastic job of getting everything in place and making the transaction completely painless. More
I contacted Princeton Mini before our visit to get an idea of the inventory. The salesperson I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave a quick run-down of the cars that fit my criteria and he also se idea of the inventory. They were willing to work with us on our trade-in and it was evident they wanted our business. We had a couple of add-on features and the service department completed these the day we bought the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

I went to Princeton Mini expecting a Mini Cooper to be out of my budget, but I really had my heart set on purchasing one so I went anyway. I am so glad that I did! Alex was a huge help as I took the baby out of my budget, but I really had my heart set on purchasing one so I went anyway. I am so glad that I did! Alex was a huge help as I took the baby steps towards finding the best deal. His manager Jeremy was very friendly and both of them worked hard to help me get in a Mini with my budget. I factory ordered my vehicle, and what could have been a very confusing ordering/tracking process ended up being completely painless and even a fun! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here, the staff is fantastic and the entire process is totally STRESS-FREE! More
My experience at Princeton Mini was awesome. The customer service was the best I've ever had. Everyone was so friendly and really cared about trying to meet my needs.
