Phenomenal experience. Definitely the best dealership experience yet for me. I've had ford/chrysler/honda experiences that are nowhere near Mini. All of the employees were great. Alex was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Mini Countryman. Overall, I was very impressed with Alex. Jeremy, the finance manager & Frank were very helpful in making this sale happen. I have never written a review before but Sales Manager Jim Kostack, Salesman Kyle Burns and Business Manager Alex Frank made my buying experience so uncommonly simple that i felt compelled to write one. After initially contacting Jim and expressing interest in my car, i was at the dealership, had test driven (Thanks Kyle!), recieved a much better interest rate (Thanks Alex!) and purchased the car in less than 24 hours! And might i add that i live in Brooklyn and had to travel to New Jersey by NJ Transit. Jim even arranged to have me picked up at the station(Thanks again Kyle!). Hands down the easiest and most pleasant puchasing experience that i've ever experienced. Once again, thanks guys and as a renown Vulcan would say, "live long and prosper"! More

I called Princeton Mini before I made the trip to see if they had any used Minis and Alex Escobar said they did. I asked what he had, he told me, I asked if the price was negotiable and he said yes. He was very nice and courteous and we got right down to business. My whole experience was a very good one and I would definitely recommend Princeton Mini to my friends. More

I am an experienced car buyer that considers myself knowledgeable in the car buying process. I was looking for a Mini for several months and even test drove a couple that I passed on. I was first contacted by Joel after inquiring about a 2010 Mini via one of the many internet sites I utilized along the way. Joel was professional and knowledgeable in answering the several questions I had regarding that particular Mini. He wasn't pushy over the phone (as most people associated with the process are) and was professional in every way possible. I even traveled all the way to Princeton, NJ from the heart of Queens, NY the day after a blizzard to get a look. Joel then introduced me to Alex. Alex did an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions (and believe me I had a lot) and informing me of all the features of the vehicle. He too, was most professional and I never got that car dealer feeling that I get when speaking and dealing with the numerous salemen I have worked with. I am ALWAYS skeptical of car dealerships, but these guys made me feel at ease and not pressured. They got me in the exact car that I wanted and the process as a whole couldn't have been easier. I bought the car that day, after going over the unbelievable Mini Next program. In Queens, everyone has a "guy" that they use when you need to get the job done. Alex, Joel and the Princeton team are my "guys" for Mini Cooper. More

Low pressure sales environment, high quality vehicles, and good prices. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and Lenny was great to work with. Before buying my car I looked at a lot of listings from sellers I just didn't feel I could trust, and it was such a relief to find a professional team I felt good about. I never write reviews but had such an excellent experience at Princeton Mini that I wanted to help others feel more confident buying here. More
I came to Princeton Mini to have a used Cooper S (from elsewhere) inspected pre-purchase. The service was truly above and beyond, from being very accommodating for our apparently unusual request, to even elsewhere) inspected pre-purchase. The service was truly above and beyond, from being very accommodating for our apparently unusual request, to even providing us weary travelers a ride to the strip mall across the highway so we could rebalance our blood sugar while the inspection was being performed. Despite not buying the vehicle from their lot the service assessment given was very thorough and honest. I would definitely come again! More
I am unaccustomed to sitting in front of a keyboard and spending the time to do this, but before I run out the door to work today, I wanted to share this with others here. I worked with Kyle through at least three full visits, two test drives, and a negotiation. He handled everything with grace, ease and knowledge. I was not an easy customer - armed on the last day with a specific configuration and an equally specific tabulation of numbers that I considered fair. From that came an agreement for a great car within the budget discussed. I do this every ten years it seems - buy a new car and drive it until it dies. Those earlier car buying experiences have taught me some hard lessons so my defensive shields were up. And I venture back into this world infrequently enough to have to relearn everything. How refreshing to know that I can walk into a dealership like Crown Princeton and establish an honest and intelligent rapport with the folks on the other side of the desk. I highly recommend Kyle - enthusiastic, sharp about the product, focused on the customer. Special mention to Frank Rickards who was very candid about my financing options. He was not only honest about identifying that my credit union's pre-approval turned out to be the best deal for me, but still guided me on the process. That's professional, and I'm not sure I told him but I really noticed and appreciated that. In all, my experience with Crown Princeton MINI - especially with Kyle and Frank - were impressive. I can only hope they'll be there in ten years when I'm ready for my NEXT car. More
