Absolutely an excellent car buying experience. First contact Kyle completely helpful for an initial visit. Thank you. Two weeks later: Alex was as informative and friendly as my wife and i could expect contact Kyle completely helpful for an initial visit. Thank you. Two weeks later: Alex was as informative and friendly as my wife and i could expect. Any questions were immediately answered with complete and clear descriptions. Jim guided the trade-in process in the background which resulted in a very fair value. Finally Ben handled the financial end with very clear explanations at every turn. But he went beyond the expected when he heard me say I had a third party tire and wheel plan on one of my trade-ins. He chased it down and got me a $947 refund. Who would do that ? Overall excellent MINI dealership. Thank you. Tom & Jeri M. More
I am very happy with the overall car purchasing process in this dealership. Alex, Jim(sales) and Ben(finance) are very friendly, honest and nice people. 1. I had an extended warranty that came with the car when I bought it. I needed new brakes for my car, which was covered by the warranty. Princeton Mini told me my warranty had expired. Luckily I checked my I bought it. I needed new brakes for my car, which was covered by the warranty. Princeton Mini told me my warranty had expired. Luckily I checked my copy of the contract, which revealed it was not expired at all. 2. I had the low tire pressure light come on and was told they checked for a leak and I was told by Mini Service there was none. The light came back on and I returned to the dealership to be told that even if they could find the source of the leak, they still would be unable to patch the hole. 3.The only solution I was given was to buy brand new tires from them. I told them to plug it anyway. It ran fine after being plugged! This is unacceptable to me. I felt as if they took away any option of repairing the item but only offered options that would yield a high profit for them (saying my warranty was expired, not finding the hole and then after returning again magically finding it, then saying a plug would not hold. 4. I called to speak to the General Manager, Mr. Zulli. When he answered the phone, to my dismay I could tell that I was on speakerphone as I could hear various gentlemen in the back snickering and laughing and one of them even said, "What's her problem?" Which I have the recording of on my phone. I hung up the phone and called the head office. 5.Then Mr. Zulli called me back and I did not pick up, he left a message saying that because I did not buy run flats for my car I was going to have lots of problems, which is a lie! I refused to buy run flats from his dealership so I guess that was suppose to scare me? 6. When I called back to report this to the head office, I was told to take my vehicle to another dealership and never to return. Due to how I was treated, I would love to go elsewhere but the next closest dealership would be 36 miles from my residence. I feel that they tried to get away charging me for new brakes that were still under warranty, lied to on the type of tires my car needed, and humiliated because I demanded respect and accurate answers in regards to this transaction. Then having the head office telling me to go to the dealership 36 miles away instead of standing up for the consumer! I will never return and I encourage those looking to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced to save yourself the heartache. THANK YOU BRANDON BAKER AND KIRK FROM BAKER JEEP/DODGE/CHRYSLER Of PRINCETON, NJ FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND HONESTY ABOUT NOT HAVING TO USE RUN FLATS ON MY MINI AND NOT LYING TO ME! More

Don't Bother Going Here - Recently my husband and I wanted to purchase a 2013 Mini Turbo - we had a 2009 mini to trade in. When we arrived at the dealer the sales team and others were sitting on the d wanted to purchase a 2013 Mini Turbo - we had a 2009 mini to trade in. When we arrived at the dealer the sales team and others were sitting on the desks eating food somewhat disinterested in customers. The sales manager introduced me to the person I had been speaking with on the phone. Through the course of discussion the sales person tried to lower the trade-in value of our mini by $1,000.00 stating that the tires needed to be replaced and that would be the price the service department charged him. I asked him why the service department would charge in $400.00 more than they would me since I had an estimate for that of $600.00 from the previous day? This is when the sales person started to act belligerent, rolling his eyes when I spoke, raising his voice and outright lying to me. First he said the service department charges him more, then he said oh they charge me the same as you. Mr. Thompson was also yelling. REALLY??? The dealership gets charged more than the public from its own service department???? The salesperson was Thompson. Then I spoke with the sales manager - Golis. He was also rude, I think we were about $500.00 apart on our prices and he said that it was the best he could do and turned his back to me and went into his office. Rude, condescending, misogynistic and truly unprofessional. The attitude was if you don't like it go somewhere else. I wrote an email to Mr. Golis expressing my unhappiness with the experience he said he would speak with Mr. Thompson. I said that was fine but that I wanted to speak with the General Manager (who at the time was not listed on the website). It took one month and calls to mini headquarters to get the general manager to call. Mr. Golis outright refused to give me this information! BEST THING - this did cause my husband and I to go to another dealer - we went to Mt. Laurel Mini and got an even better deal and with professionalism and courtesy. More

I went to them in October of 2012 and they helped me get a 2008 Mini Hardtop and worked out a good price to get me into it. Since then I just purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper Convertible from Princeton Mini and they were all spectacular in helping me get this car. Alex has gone above and beyond to help me be able to get my newest mini & got it for me at a fantastic price. My experience was so great with them from both purchases that I have referred both of my parents to Princeton Mini and they were both able to get 2013 Minis. I highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a mini to please go see Alex. He has a very wonderful personality and treats you like family & not like just another customer with a sale (unlike other dealerships I've experienced.) Kudos to Alex & the entire staff at Princeton Mini. You have gained three life long customers from the service I was given!!! ;-) More
When my 2004 Mini Cooper "died" unexpectedly...I was not prepared to buy another one so soon. But after returning to my original Princeton Mini Dealership, the agents there were fr unexpectedly...I was not prepared to buy another one so soon. But after returning to my original Princeton Mini Dealership, the agents there were friendly, intelligent, helpful and understanding....in a way that only a MINI agent would understand a Mini owner. This dealership comes highly recommended for courtesy, service -- giving it an overall A+ ! "Bustin' bugs and burnin' gas" I love my brand new Mini Cooper. More
Phenomenal dealership to work with. Everyone that I have spoken to or dealt with at the dealership have been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Benjamin Webb is an excellent "motoring advisor" and I hi spoken to or dealt with at the dealership have been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Benjamin Webb is an excellent "motoring advisor" and I highly recommend seeing him. I went in looking for a used Mustang advertised on a auto webside and left driving and absolutely FUN Mini Cooper. The car is amazing, drives like a dream and has more than enough room for me, my 6'2" significant other, his son and our junk! When I stopped by to pick up my tags, it was like seeing family (a good family). The dealership is truely enjoyable to deal with. I already know that when I intend to upgrade, it will be another Mini and hopefully Ben will be there to assist. Kudos. Sincerely ~Tracy More
