I came in to look at a specific used MINI that I saw on the internet and met Lenny who was the friendliest salesman I've ever met. Great level of honesty and integrity for service advisor David, needed to replace license plate bulbs and was told it was under warranty. After service was completed, David also informed me he found a servi David, needed to replace license plate bulbs and was told it was under warranty. After service was completed, David also informed me he found a service special for 4 wheel alignment and automatically applied it towards the bill. Both service requests including providing before and after specs print outs for alignment was fulfilled, no questions asked. The fact David made an extra effort to get a discount on my alignment, made this service visit much more pleasurable, to help save the customer some money. If only more service advisors took a more proactive approach like this would make the customer feel valued and important. Overall really nice experience and helps that service advisor David was friendly. It goes a long way. Nice new layout for service, just drive up to the glass garage door and you are sheltered from the elements. More
