Always professional and Friendly This is our 4th Mini from Princeton Mini. This purchase was a trade-in of our 2011 Mini Cooper convertible and 2011 Mini Cooper S turbo hardtop for on This is our 4th Mini from Princeton Mini. This purchase was a trade-in of our 2011 Mini Cooper convertible and 2011 Mini Cooper S turbo hardtop for one Mini Countryman S turbo. We brought our 2 Minis in for oil changes (under warranty) and decided to ask Mini sales associate Kyle Burns, with whom we worked previously to buy our 2011 Minis about the downsizing to one car since we work from home and the convertible was barely being used [> 10,000 miles]). We decided to do the trade-ins now while the convertible still had less than 10,000 miles to maximize the trade-in value. Kyle worked tirelessly to locate the exact Countryman model with the options we wanted (the Model we wanted was en route to a Boston dealership). Kyle provided us with a brand new Countryman loaner (it still had all the new car wrapping and had only twenty miles on it!). Managers Alex and Jeremy were wonderful in assisting us as well. Why do we opt to travel approximately the 50 miles from our home to Princeton Mini, rather than to more local Mini dealerships (< 25 miles) for Mini service and purchase of new Minis? We shop for our Minis at Princeton Mini staff never fail to provide prompt, friendly, and professional service. The dealership provides complimentary beverages (including single-serve coffee so it's always freshly brewed), snacks, TV, and WiFi in a comfortable waiting area. They will provide loaners or local shuttle service as needed/appropriate if you are having your car serviced or are awaiting an imminent delivery of your new car. WE HEART PRINCETON MINI! More

Rich worked with me over the phone to narrow my search. He found the car I was looking for, made sure it was on the dealers lot the day I came in, so I could test drive it, and I made the purchase that day He found the car I was looking for, made sure it was on the dealers lot the day I came in, so I could test drive it, and I made the purchase that day. He made the experience easy and no hassle. The only thing bad was the length of time to get the car prepped. The test drive and the work with Rich and the finance person was probably 45 minutes. Then it was over an hour wait for the car to get detailed and prepped. That was over an hour of me sitting and waiting for the car. Other than that it was a great experience. More

By far Princeton Mini, is the best dealership when looking for another MINI or any type of used car. Alex Escobar [SIC] went way beyond making buying a new/used car stress free. My wife and I went in to this dealership to see what they can do for us to lease a mini. They were excellent! They worked so hard to keep the price range with in our budget. After contacting this dealer they were prompt with a response. I drove over 100 miles to check out the car they had available used as a trade, a fully loaded Honda civic hybrid. Kyle was my sales representative and treated me with great respect, he was not pushy and did not try to get me to make an immediate decision. I liked the car so much that I put a deposit on it but later decided it wasn't for me. Both Kyle and his dealership wished me the best of luck with my new car purchase and promptly refunded my deposit. I wish I were able to buy the car I did buy from them rather than the other dealership. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
