We appreciated his open, honest communication and no game playing that let us know our out the door price in advance. Joel helped us when we came to take delivery and was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the tour of our new car and all its MANY bells and whistles. Mike also helped us in person and didn't hesitate to find a solution when an unexpected wrinkle arose in our purchase. Only negative was that the sales process ended up being longer than expected because the dealership was shortstaffed at the time, but everyone consistently checked on us and offered drinks and snacks to make sure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited.
