Simply the Best I have been purchasing and leasing cars from Holman for the last 20 yrs. The 17 years I have dealt with Mark Finkbiner, and have ALWAYS gotten a great deal. He has always gone over and above to get me what I was looking for. Mark is attentive to what I want ( I am pretty picky) and somehow can always makes the deal happen so I walk away more than happy with the vehicle I want. I am ecstatic about my new F150 as I have been looking to get into this truck for the last year or so. Finally the right opportunity arose and Mark called me out of the blue, and told me I needed to visit the showroom. there was plenty of inventory and was confident I would find something I liked at the price I wanted to pay. I came to the showroom the next day and he was absolutely right! mark spent 2 hours with me (I think I looked at every single truck on the lot) ,and the truck I was looking for was finally there. I told Mark I love this truck and we need to make this happen. I told him what I was able to spend, and he made it happen! I could not be happier with my truck and the experience I have every time I visit the showroom. This is why I refer everyone I know to Holman Ford in Turnersville and tell them to ask for Mark. 2017 Focus taking too long to warm up. I used Tyler Jones as my adviser, he was Great and Patient. My 2017 Focus was taking too long to warm up to operating temperature when it was cold out I used Tyler Jones as my adviser, he was Great and Patient. My 2017 Focus was taking too long to warm up to operating temperature when it was cold outside. Apparently Ford redesigned the cooling systems, now the thermostat is in the coolant pump suction, this allows some hot coolant to go to the radiator prior to reaching operating temperature. This is much different than my 2014 Focus and is reducing my fuel mileage in cold weather. The problem is Fords design team, but the Service Staff at Holman were gracious in their work and worked through this with me and at no cost, even when there was no problem. This technology keeps evolving and is hard to keep up with, it's good to know that they are there for us when needed THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS and GALS, even when I really didn't need it! Your Great! More
