The Works Service The reason that I am giving a 5 star rating was because of the way I was treated after having a minor problem with the Works Service on my truck. After the service was completed on my truck I noticed that oil was leaking from underneath the truck onto my driveway. I received a call from I assume was the customer service dept. asking me if I was satisfied with the work. The woman I spoke I think her was Debbie or Barbara (not sure) could not have been nicer to me and actually calmed me down a lot. I brought my truck back in and Tyler in service was great to deal with. He took my name and number and gave it to Joe G. the service manager (if Joe isn't the manager I recommend he should be) who called me first thing Monday morning. After speaking with Joe he as did Tyler explain to me in detail why the oil leaked. Thanks to these three employees my rating went from a NO STAR to a FIVE STAR. I will continue to be a loyal customer. More
