Your Ford Explorers actually sold themselves; however, Steve Shaw was there when we needed him to answer all our questions and happily accompanied us on multiple test drives. This was our first trip down leasing lane but Steve and Dixie took the time to explain all aspects of the endeavor to our satisfaction. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and made us feel like part of the family (family that you like, that is). There was a potential glitch in the financial paperwork; however, the management team told Dixie to "Make it Happen" in favor of the customer. The Ford Team passed the test with flying colors (A+).
