Everyone at Holman is very nice. That is why I said Yes to recommending this service center. However, there should be a "Maybe" choice. I live in Philadelphia, PA an have to go over to Maple Shade to the dealer where I bought my car. Holman had my car on 2 separate occasions for 2 weeks each time in a short time frame. I brought my car in for a 60K mile check and no known issues at the time except an intermittent check engine light that would come on and I thought my driver's side front light check. The first time, when I left after being told that some part had to be replaced, My car drove "rough", different than usual. I took the car back and got a loaner. The second time I had to return the car for "no acceleration". Also, they always wash the exterior, however they make the interior filthy. I explained each time that there is something wrong with the gas meter on the speedometer and each time I was dismissed as nothing being wrong with it. It is still broken, and I never know how much gad I have in it. I have a warranty, but I do not know if it reached its limit, but it wouldn't have if someone listened to me and fixed it when I told them and specifically asked if it was fixed before I picked the car up. I am very displeased. More
I was misinformed about their dealership warranty by their representative AJ Webb of Maple Shade,Nj who told me at time I signed up for a 24 month warranty covering 12,000 miles with an extra $29:or so their representative AJ Webb of Maple Shade,Nj who told me at time I signed up for a 24 month warranty covering 12,000 miles with an extra $29:or so added to my car payment per month. My agreement was for 60 months for the car payment which was originally about $404/ mo. before the added coverage. I called to cancel because I exceeded the mileage covered so since I had no more warranty I ask the representative to notify the finance company to subtract the additional fee since I was no longer covered but the representative told me yes my coverage expired but I am still going to pay the additional fee for the warranty for the next 60 months ,but at the time of us going over everything at point of sale he neglected to tell or clarify with me that even if my coverage was no longer in effect at some point that he set it up the warranty fee for 60 months instead of 24 months for coverage I thought it was for per mo.. I felt misinformed by this representative and company since this was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle from them and it will be the last. He offered no compromise or solution to my concern. So my advice to all others make sure you ask more questions and insist on clarification on everything you sign up for before leaving the dealership. More

My salesperson Dean made purchasing my vehicle a very pleasant buying experience (i.e., looking at the vehicle I found online, test driving, trade-in, answering all my questions, showing me how to operate all the electronics in the Lincoln Corsair, reviewing all the paperwork - 62 pages, etc.). I was handed the best team and they went out of their way to make my car purchasing experience the best I ever had. When I got home I started bragging about my experience and the Holman team. More
