Derek Duncan did very good job communicating about when the part arrived. The ease of getting an appointment and automated reminders were also appreciated. I think I will do some price shopping before goin the part arrived. The ease of getting an appointment and automated reminders were also appreciated. I think I will do some price shopping before going back to Holm if I need repairs in the future. $383 for a key fob and programming seems high. More

Had a repair to our drivers side seat. They said it's a common problem. Asked them to order the part. After not hearing from them in a month I called to see if the part ever came in. Th They said it's a common problem. Asked them to order the part. After not hearing from them in a month I called to see if the part ever came in. They said oh yes, it is here. After a $300 repair there is still a crack in it, which will lead to having this problem again. Was told there's nothing they can do about it. More
