Super friendly, speedy, and helpful car repair experience. I was visiting from out of town, and my engine indicator light had come on. Regret ever buying here. I had a few problems that were to be fixed promptly. After a few days and numerous calls only to get a response of "hes with a customer", "hes out of I had a few problems that were to be fixed promptly. After a few days and numerous calls only to get a response of "hes with a customer", "hes out of his office", or "hes on the other line". Obviously this is understandable. But once the better business bureau was called to be used I got a phone back within 10 minutes. My truck was then detailed, a light lens resealed, alignment, and tires for 270 dollars. However the alignment was not performed the tires were replaced and headlight sealed. I personally had to replace my burnt out headlight due to already waiting 2 weeks for repair. 3 weeks later my headlight went out again. I checked the work that was performed and was unhappy with the workmanship. We also waited 6 hours for poor detail job. More

AC Repair This is late in coming but a big thank you to the service department at Bennett's. Last July my son drove his family to Salina from Austin, Texas. The This is late in coming but a big thank you to the service department at Bennett's. Last July my son drove his family to Salina from Austin, Texas. Their AC quit on the way up to Kansas. After squeezing them in to look at the problem, they were able to get him back to Austin part way but it quit again. Bennett's refunded me the repair bill when told that it quit again. They didn't have to do that. I am very grateful for their generosity......especially to Wayne Wells for making that call to reimburse me. I'm a long time customer of Bennett's and their service department is very courteous and professional. Thank you! T. Ferguson More

I needed new tires about a year ago and Wayne searched and found me the best price on Mitchlen of that I wanted. About two months ago my light came on saying low tire pressure. I ran over to Bennett's and they determined that I needed a new tire. They did not have my size on hand. They checked with the warehouse and got me a tire the next day. I was going out of town the next day and they were able to get the tire on so I could get on my way as scheduled. More
Service department did not do the service work that I asked I took my car into Bennett Buick for service. I asked to have the spark plugs looked at to see if they needed to be replaced. Not done, in spite of I took my car into Bennett Buick for service. I asked to have the spark plugs looked at to see if they needed to be replaced. Not done, in spite of the fact that the work order specifically states that the spark plugs were to be checked to see if they needed replacement. Asked to have an estimate for a replacement sensor on the washer fluid. Not done, except a randomly generic description of what it would take to give me an estimate. Asked about whether the timing chain needs to be looked at. Service person did not know whether my car had a chain or a belt. No offer to figure that out for me. My car was in the shop for 2 hours (I waited), and all that was accomplished was an oil change. I felt dismissed by the service person(possibly because I am a woman). Thinking about purchasing a new car. Won't be from Bennett Buick in Salina KS! More
