Outstanding customer service, kept me updated on the status of my repair and had it done in a timely manner! I had purchase the extended warranty from Cedric when I bought the vehicle and it only cost m status of my repair and had it done in a timely manner! I broke down in Salina and had an exhaust problem with my Duramax truck. Lucas and his team at the service department did an amazing job getting me in and out within five or six hours of my reported problem. Duramax truck. Although this is a fine dealership they are overcharging for service dept work. Oil changes are now $70 without tire rotation which they will add if you don’t specify. Since this dealership changed name the oil changes have gone from $48 to $70. I didn’t want to go elsewhere for service and I’ve been going there for several years. But that’s ridiculous! I’ve called reputable service departments and most are not over $55 More
