I am normally quite pleased with the service received from Holm Buick. In fact, the services performed (oil change, tire rotation, and EPB software update) were performed to my satisfaction. I had a 9am appointment time (5 mins late on my part). I left my car at the shop and was told I would get a call when it was ready or if other info was needed. At 3:30 pm I called because I had not heard anything yet. I was told at that time that my car was in and getting looked at. Then just after 4pm I received another phone call telling me about the software update needed to fix an issue which I then authorized. I got dropped off just after 5pm to get my car and was asked about changing the cabin air filter at that time; something I think could have been asked at the 4pm call. It was about 5:30 before my car was actually ready to go. I did not have time to discuss the issue with staff at that time as I was already behind schedule for other activities I had that night. I do not see what took 6+ hours to complete. More

My car was acting like it wasn't going to start when I filled it with gas. Took it in for service and twice they said it was fixed and twice it was not. The third time I asked for a loaner because it's ha filled it with gas. Took it in for service and twice they said it was fixed and twice it was not. The third time I asked for a loaner because it's hard for my Dad (86) to drive anymore. I waited 3 weeks without a call. They also messed up the tire pressure screen so that when I added air to front tires, the screen said it was the back tires. Twice they were to fix that and twice they did not. This was my Mom's car and has always been serviced here, but no more. Even my Dad was disappointed. More

The service technicians tried real hard to find the problem but to no avail. My car failed to start (when it was necessary)…but there were times that it would start.
