I made an appointment to have my sensor replaced because the tire sensor warning light went off. This is the third time it’s happened and it’s always been the same sensor so what I made the appointment I t the tire sensor warning light went off. I go to the appointment and they hook it up to the computer and they find out that. Yes it needs to be replaced and then they tell me we don’t have the part but we’ll have it tomorrow. I told them on the phone what it was so why didn’t they check with the parts department and find out if they had the part in stock before I made the trip down which was an hour? I didn’t appreciate that. I had to make another trip down to get it fixed. More

I took my 2020 Sierra Denali in a week ago. l for some strange engine noises. They gave me a $2500 estimate. 7 days later I’m still waiting for Ethan to call me back to tell me if my extended wa l for some strange engine noises. They gave me a $2500 estimate. 7 days later I’m still waiting for Ethan to call me back to tell me if my extended warranty will cover any of the repairs. I even went in there yesterday to follow up. He said he’s been busy all day and would call me later that day. That day was yesterday. Also had my 2024 Acadia worked on. Had some recall work done. That went well except that the sway bar bushings started rattling when we got the car back. They say it’s unrelated and I accept that. The Acadia only has 14k miles though. It should be rattling apart yet. More
