Once again I have to write a bad review. The 2 times I have allowed them to make it right with me. After multiple times now I don't have the patience anymore with this dealership. When you tell them what is wrong and they don't want to listen and try to sell me an oil change it's frustrating. I have had this car for going on 4 years and know it well. All I got out of this was told nothing is wrong and I need to use top tier fuel and no coolant was being burned, which cost me $60 for that advice. I took a picture of the coolant level when I picked it up and it was low and again the next morning and it was lower. More

Vehicle went in for service and a recall. It was returned with scuff marks on my interior, dent and scratches on driver door, paint chip with my 3M protective film damaged on the rear bumper, It was returned with scuff marks on my interior, dent and scratches on driver door, paint chip with my 3M protective film damaged on the rear bumper, and one tire received 2 holes and started leaking air.
