I worked with Chuck for the resolution of my broken front passenger window. He provided options, and scheduled for the repair / replacement to be completed. The replacement was perfect and timely. We just returned from a trip to Utah and along the way our right front passenger window was chipped. The chip spider webbed by the time we returned home. I took our envision into Holm Automotive Collisi our right front passenger window was chipped. The chip spider webbed by the time we returned home. I took our envision into Holm Automotive Collision Center and worked with Chuck Loader to order a replacement. He called me back the same day and told me he had found one and we set an appointment to replace the window. When I took the Envision in for the appointment the office was very clean and organized, the work was performed and I had my Envision completed within 4 hours. Chuck is always friendly and upbeat. Every experience I have with him and with Holm Automotive is a good experience. Highly recommend this dealership and appreciate the relationship we have had for many years. More
