Chuck has always serviced my vehicles and has always gone out of his way to do the work as soon as possible and to get me a loaner car if I need one because he knows I have to have that for my job. This time he worked me in on a Saturday because he knew I was going to make a two hour trip the following week on Wednesday and I didn't have a lot of time. My wait was not over an hour and he saw to it that I was on my way. Chuck is always very friendly and he makes the experience of getting my car worked on very pleasant. There is a very pretty and comfortable waiting room with coffee, etc. Chuck always explains what they did to my vehicle and if there is a problem he comes and talks to me first . We consistently receive friendly excellent service from Chuck. He not only diagnoses the problem we bring it in for but also does a complete inspection so we know if additional repairs may be required. Chuck.
