Service on 2007 Chevy Silverado We brought our 2007Chevy Silverado to Holm's for an oil change. This was a free oil change due to our purchase of the truck. When we first purchased the truck it has already had an oil change and this free oil change was scheduled several month after it's purchase. While I was there your employees were very professional and friendly. The waiting area was clean and well kept. The entire experience was very satisfying. I would recommend your dealership to anyone. Difficulty with an oil change. I waited until I was more than 1000 miles over my oil change. I hadn't taken it for an oil change due to transportation difficulty. I didn't have a vehicle to return to work during the oil change. I attempted to make a couple of appointment but was forced to cancel due to lack of transportation. When I called to cancel my last appointment, Jamie answered the service phone. After I canceled my appointment , Jamie asked me why I had to cancel. I explained due to lack of transportation, I had to drop my vehicle off to a local dealership. Jamie said no way. He told me to drop my car off and he would have transportation ready. I called and dropped my vehicle off the next day during my lunch hour. The transition went so smooth, I still had time to grab lunch. After work I dropped the loaner vehicle off and my vehicle was ready as promised. I will never take my vehicle to anyone but Holm Automotive and I live in Junction City about 20 miles away.. It was worth the miles to see a friendly face and get awesome service. Thanks Jamie More

Tire service center Thank you Cody for all of your help. Came in to get a tire patched but it wasn't fixable, so we ordered a new tire. That night it created a bubble on the side so I brought it in the next morning. We ordered another tire and it did the job. Everything was orderly and it just worked out. I wasn't upset. Cody did his very best on making sure I was waited on in a timely manner. He did do a professional job and he stayed calm. Not everyday a new tire is defective. More

Dodge Durango wouldn't start Friday morning our vehicle would not start- we call Chris and he go Chuck involved and set up a tow truck to come pick up our vehicle and get it to M Friday morning our vehicle would not start- we call Chris and he go Chuck involved and set up a tow truck to come pick up our vehicle and get it to Marshall motor here in Salina for Repair. Chuck and Chris kept in GREAT communication with me during this time and got us a loaner vehicle to drive during this time. Really appreciate the service they both gave me, it was greatly better than Marshall motor, whom wouldn't communicate well with me and it took 6 days to get the repairs completed! Service Work It is very rare that I will ever provide a review on an auto dealer, but Holm Automotive is the exception. Ever since we bought our two cars from Holm in 2012, we have continually returned for any of the service work on them. This includes oil changes, warranty work, tires or whatever. Holm has given us the impression that service after the sale is extremely important to them and it seems extremely rare in this day and age. We have two car dealers in our town and because of Holm, we will never go there again, we will drive the twenty miles to Abilene to get what we need done because they truly give us the impression that they care about the customer and will go out of their way to ensure that we do not get ripped off. Chuck and the guys in the Service Department are great to work with. I have not had any issues with them at all. More

The receptionist is always helpful in getting us to the right people whether we are wanting services or sales. We travel 45 minutes to take our business to Holm so we appreciate the way they do business. More
