Last minute service Chuck and the Holm team made it easy for me to get our Buick serviced at the last minute. I was getting ready to go on a trip and hadn't noticed I was Chuck and the Holm team made it easy for me to get our Buick serviced at the last minute. I was getting ready to go on a trip and hadn't noticed I was so close to needing an oil change. They had me drop it off at 8, got it worked in and were done by 10 with the requested service along with a recall I hadn't known about. Great folks to work with, very friendly and helpful! More

Great Service & Friendly When I received the notice from GM that my car had a recall, I called Holm Automotive. Chuck Loader (service) let me know that he would order the nee When I received the notice from GM that my car had a recall, I called Holm Automotive. Chuck Loader (service) let me know that he would order the needed parts and let me know when to bring my car in. He called and set up an appt. When I told it in for the recall, they offered to give me a ride home and told me how long it should take. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Desparate for Oil Change I had been traveling the country in my new GMC Sierra and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted a couple dealerships in the Denver area I had been traveling the country in my new GMC Sierra and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted a couple dealerships in the Denver area and was told that they could not accommodate me without an appointment in advance. I continued to travel east and spent the night in Abilene, Kansas. At 8:00am the next morning I stopped at Holm Automotive Center at spoke with Jamie Avers. I told him that I was traveling and needed an oil change. He said his schedule was pretty full and asked how long I'd be in town. I told him that I was leaving as soon as I could get service. He understood my predicament and did go way out of his way to help me. Within 45 minutes my oil was changed and tires were rotated and I was on my way. While I waited I took notice to how clean this dealership was and how the people who worked there seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. The service man, Jaime Avers, could not have been more accommodating and diligent. He was a fine and true professional. I almost never write reviews or participate in post service surveys which every business seems to push now days. However my experience with this dealership and Mr. Avers was exceptionally good. I happily submit this review and hope the dealership and Jamie Avers receive appropriate recognition. Thank You More
