Maintenance We called Tom and scheduled a visit for our Mercedes. He set up a loaner car for the day and called us as we were shopping. Tom noticed the rear bra We called Tom and scheduled a visit for our Mercedes. He set up a loaner car for the day and called us as we were shopping. Tom noticed the rear brakes were needing replaced. He quoted us a price (that was very reasonable) and said he could have it done within a couple of hours. As promised, he called us back with new rear brakes that function flawlessly. He also took the initiative to research a latch for the rear hatch! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hollywood Motors and we come back because they go above expectations every time!
