Definitely, I did not have the customer service I expected from Kia. After taking the time to bring my car twice to the dealer my auto recall is not fixed and each time I got a call from Christopher expected from Kia. Chris never communicated with me about what was done and was nowhere to be found when I went to pick up my car. More

Ripped me off! ! Told me car had new tires on it are 4-5 yrs old. Told went thru 165 pt .Inspection. Was supposed to be certified!Safety features on car aren’t worki ! To many customer service reps in booths, waiting, doing too much talking to each other and on their phones - maybe should hire more technicians that do the labor on the cars than service people. Found out after my service for Kia recall that there were 2 recalls - they only did 1 recall that I waited 2 hours for and now I have to bring it in again for another recall which they don't have the part for??? Sales are not listening to customers regarding monthly cost limits for new car and how they can make it work for the customer so they can buy new car! More
