I went to bring my car on Monday to replace a daylight at 10:30 AM. Chris Watson said he would text me an estimate. Four hours went by, no estimate. I go back to service and say is my car done at 2:30 PM. He says the lightbulb was changed at no charge. I thought that was strange. But he said have a seat they’re washing your car. I get up every half hour to ask if my car is ready. Finally at 4 PM, he says they lost my key. I said I have my second key on me in my purse! I missed several hours of work. Then I called to inquire about my key and if they can offer any form of compensation for my missing work and hassle. She says you’re getting a free key. I said I’m not getting a free key if you lost my key. She said Chris Watson would call me Thursday to let me know when it’s ready. It’s now friday and he hasn’t called. I called him and he said he will call me when it’s ready. Then when I told the receptionist that had I known my key was lost, I could have let them know I have the second key on me. She said well when we lose a customers key we dont tell them right away! It’s really unbelievable the level of ineptitude at this service department. *** update *** They made a new key four days later. More
