Very poor communication with me, no clear answers to my questions, 5 calls to service rep without responses, a call to the service manager went unanswered, no clear time frame for repairs, no advance notic questions, 5 calls to service rep without responses, a call to the service manager went unanswered, no clear time frame for repairs, no advance notice of transmission repair in progress-just a call to come get my vehicle in the day of the call. A better scenario would have been to inform me during repair, and a day before pickup. I listed two other trouble items: a sometimes-faulty headlight and a stuck headrest, items were not adequately addressed. I will not use this dealership again. More

On 8/30/2023, I took my vehicle for service due to a recall. Mr. Brandon Forrest let me know they didn't have the piece; he was accommodating by allowing me to talk to the service manager, Fernando. He explained that the warranty does not cover a rental vehicle. He told me to speak with the GM at Hollywood Kia. I met with Sean Emanuel and got the GM to talk to me. Mr. Mitchell LOSZYNSKI was a great listener and understood my concerns. He approved a rental car immediately. The repairs to my vehicle were completed within 48 hours. Overall, my experience with everyone was great. I was treated with service beyond expectation. I highly recommend their dealership because they are accommodating. Thank you, Hollywood Kia. More
