The job was not completed in spite of my having asked several times if the work on my door locks, damaged by attempted robbery of car over a year ago, had been taken care of. I was told that they had performed the computer update and that all the doors were locking and unlocking. I insisted on their making sure this was so since I wanted to know before going to pick up car. Even when I got there I asked again to check, and was told again locks were working just fine. After paying an $1,876.11 bill, I got my car and I immediately found out that was not the case. I was then told that the car needed a part they had to order, and would not get until today, a week and one day later. I had taken my car there on Monday the 25th. On Thursday I received a message informing me that the part would cost $323.24, and that they would call me for an appointment today. I was not called. Since the problem I have with my door locks is related the problem that Kia has experienced for a long time now, I feel that Kia should be billed for this repair, Alonso Leyton More
