I can't see anything or hear the radio nothing and is a new car from 2023 and The worst thing about everything is that the service people are so rude, I left the car for inspection. The job was not completed in spite of my having asked several times if the work on my door locks, damaged by attempted robbery of car over a year ago, had been taken care of. I was told that they had performed the computer update and that all the doors were locking and unlocking. I insisted on their making sure this was so since I wanted to know before going to pick up car. Even when I got there I asked again to check, and was told again locks were working just fine. After paying an $1,876.11 bill, I got my car and I immediately found out that was not the case. I was then told that the car needed a part they had to order, and would not get until today, a week and one day later. I had taken my car there on Monday the 25th. On Thursday I received a message informing me that the part would cost $323.24, and that they would call me for an appointment today. I was not called. Since the problem I have with my door locks is related the problem that Kia has experienced for a long time now, I feel that Kia should be billed for this repair, Alonso Leyton More
