I was so impressed with them. Everyone is so nice and Michael Tropdel is fantastic. He one of the best service advisors I ever met. This survey should allow this service center an option for zero stars. The center is disorganized and the workers have zero sense of urgency. My car has had the same issue and has been “fixed” twice by th for zero stars. The center is disorganized and the workers have zero sense of urgency. My car has had the same issue and has been “fixed” twice by the service dealership and has broken down on the road within hours of receiving it back, twice. The mechanics working there either don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care. Customer service is poor. No sense of recovery. My experience here has ruined Kia from me, and I will be sure to never purchase another Kia again. More
Brandon my service advisor was great and attentive but the shop did not make sure the car was fixed before giving it back to me. It was not and the parts have to be ordered for the full repair..
