I always had a great experience on this location. (More than 8 years). This time I left with a sour taste. That if I wanted to use one, I should bring what I get on emails. Fo which I did reply that I don’t get emails from Kia. I don’t mind being told “not possible this time”. But the way I was spoken to was very dismissive and the body language was very ‘you are just one more coming to this location. If you are not satisfied, bye.’ For that reason, I am considering changing locations. More
