Horrible communication, diva service reps who realize they’re there to deal with people who have concerns over their vehicle. They don’t want to be bothered and get back to you whenever it’s convenient f they’re there to deal with people who have concerns over their vehicle. I never had such poor and discussing service , it almost brought me to tears ! I had a scheduled appointment and during that appointment my service rep was pulled away by Fernando M “service director “ h brought me to tears ! Only because he need my rep to help him with a problem . He then took it as far to belittle my rep in front of me and other staff members. I was shocked that this man acting like a child was the supervisor . Fernando M , should be fired what manager acts in this manner.
