If you want your cat repaired go elsewhere. My 2020 Kia Niro Hybrid, which I purchased there, was towed there 10/15/23 for transmission repairs. Estimate was $4.986. I was called that the car w My 2020 Kia Niro Hybrid, which I purchased there, was towed there 10/15/23 for transmission repairs. Estimate was $4.986. I was called that the car was ready. I paid and asked if the car was test driven and was told that it was. Could not drive it off the lot. They asked to keep it a few more days and then tell me it will take another $9,000 to complete repair!!! To this day 1/17/24 the car is still sitting there waiting for Kia finance to take possession. I can prove everything said above!! More
