Brandon my new service advisor was great! He really made sure to help get my car fixed with the several concerns I had about the vehicle. He was very attentive and informative. One of the many issues I had with my car is that my radio stopped working months ago. And my last visit when I dropped my car off.. my previous service advisor told me that my warranty expired for my radio and that if wanted to do anything with it that’d I’d have to pay to get it fixed. Brandon immediately took action and said you may just need a radio update. So while the car was getting serviced he made the call to the mechanic that was working on it to get an update going for the radio. And just as he said all it needed was just an update. So simple things like really going above and beyond for a customer that kept getting thrown to the side and always being told I need to pay for something on my car. My car is only two years old so it’s quite ridiculous that other people didn’t take the time to inquire about certain things for me instead of always going the route of trying to charge me for things that’s not quite necessary at the moment. So thank you to Brandon for getting things done for me! More

My car was brought to this dealership for a fire-related recall — a serious safety issue — and they le unacceptable service experience I’ve ever had. After endless delays and zero clear communication, I finally asked them to tow the car back to my home. It’s now been over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been absolutely no response, no updates, and no action. This level of negligence, disrespect, and lack of professionalism is completely inexcusable, especially when dealing with something as serious as a safety recall. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid trusting this dealership with your vehicle or your time.” More
