Yitzhakc Ramirez is one of the best customer reps I have ever dealt with. But the service center its self not so great. Last time I went in for a oil change Tech left the radiator reservoir cap just sitting ever dealt with. But the service center its self not so great. Last time I went in for a oil change Tech left the radiator reservoir cap just sitting on top. Didn't even screw it on. Car was burping out fluid for 2 days until I smelt it and this time missing one of the metal valve stem caps on the wheel. I'm scared to take my car back. Have to check everything they do to make sure they do it right. Horrible. More

When you schedule an appointment for your car to be seen it’s never on time. You have to sit there for hours. I just bought my car in 2023 and it’s already having a lot of issues. When I bring it in to be l it’s never on time. You have to sit there for hours. I just bought my car in 2023 and it’s already having a lot of issues. When I bring it in to be looked at they’re always telling me that it’s outside of my warranty (which I bought into every warranty I could possibly put on my car). They’re always trying to get money out of you to fix a BRAND NEW car. When I’ve asked the finance department to give me a brochure of what it is exactly that I bought into with the warranties they say they don’t have any brochures. It’s all a scam! This is my first and last Kia purchase. I love my car but I don’t like the dealership. They do not back up their customers. If I just bought this car less than two years ago there should be a lot trying to help me rectify the issues of the car rather than each visit trying to make me pay for the faulty parts of the car. I made an appointment for them to re-check my brake light on the right side of my car, my appointment was 10:15 am. I did not leave until 2pm. That was my third time coming there, then he said are you sure t on the right side of my car, my appointment was 10:15 am. I did not leave until 2pm. My Telluride one week old and never been in the service dept. Got an email from Luis Santos about repair order 27629. Called a couple of time, could not get thru him and was told he'll call me back.
