Waited close to 4 hours for routine maintenance, and somehow waited even longer as my request to check the maintenance lights weren't addressed. Luckily the tech (wish I could recall his name as he made somehow waited even longer as my request to check the maintenance lights weren't addressed. So at least now I know what's wrong with my car that wasn't addressed from a previous visit as evidently it's not routine to run an OBD scanner to check for any underlying issues at Hollywood Kia. So got another visit to look forward to when the part arrives, I guess. I would have been so irate receiving absolutely no communication as to why my service was taking so long if the weather on their patio wasn't so nice, even more so when the service I specifically requested for them to do wasn't done. Can at least get some good reading done while they make you wait several hours for routine maintenance! More
