Greeting at service great. I lease a car and was not told I have to start paying for parts. In fact when I started leasing at Hollywood Kia they told me that I would not be charged for service. Also whenever I call the service department and they tell me someone will call me back they never do. I have to keep calling them. Not good customer service. I’m very upset about the service charges for parts on leased cars. I think not telling your clients is very bad business. I have referred several people to your dealership, but the way your doing business I can no longer feel comfortable about doing that. More
