I called to make an appointment, I asked the girl any Saturday earliest as possible. She told me the earliest was 9:30 I took the appointment I got there at 9:05 becuse, I figured their time is valuable Saturday earliest as possible. I didn't leave there until 1:15, my car sat in the back lot until about 12:55...I watched! Not sure that they did the oil change, the five point inspection, rotated the tires Etc in 15-20 minutes! I brought back my original lease with only 10,000 miles on it and they ripped me off for my new lease. Long story...I can't wait to turn this lease in and go elsewhere. More
