The service is very good, but I didn't like the waiting time. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am, I got there at 9:00, but I was only released at 2:20 pm. I was pleasantly greeted by Christopher Watson who mediately took care of my car. I was given options and pricing for what my car needed and the work was done in a timely manner. This was my first vehicle service experience and was horrible. Waited 30 minutes to be spoke to with an appoitment. Then was told the service would take an hour and a half to two hours and when I went t horrible. Waited 30 minutes to be spoke to with an appoitment. Then was told the service would take an hour and a half to two hours and when I went to ask for an update the employee did not check only stating he needed to wait for the paperwork. I had to walk around the facility to later find my vehicle untouched after waited 2 hours. An Uber service was then requested and I was advised I would be notified when the vehicle was ready. I had to be the one to call back at 1:30pm for an update to then be told the vehicle was ready. After returning back to Kia and picking up my vehicle , I checked my tire balance and it appeared that the tire pressure was never checked. All tires had low tire pressure in the low 30’s and a photograph was taken. I stopped at Goodyear Tires and the tire pressure was checked. It appeared that after Kia rotated my tires they never reset the tire sensor reader and my front tire reading is not inverted reading the wrong tires. I contacted Kia to speak to the service manager at 3pm and was told Jeff the service manager was not available and would call me back. It was been 7 days now and I have yet to receive a call back and my tire sensors are still inverted incorrectly. As a first time Kia owner this has been a very disappointing experience and I’m not looking forward to my next service appointment at Hollywood Kia. I would expect much better communication from the service department with the clients. More
