This dealership is horrible. I’ve had a terrible experience from the initial sale to our 1st service. First, they had to redo the sales contract 3 times because the numbers didn’ I’ve had a terrible experience from the initial sale to our 1st service. First, they had to redo the sales contract 3 times because the numbers didn’t add up to the price we agreed to. Thank god I took the time to use my iPhone calculator. The finance guy said it was an honest mistake that by chance happened 3 times. When we brought the car in for 3 recalls they said they’re so swamped we needed to leave the car for 3 days. They never mentioned I would have no car when I made the appointment and when I asked about a loaner since it was a recall, an error created by the company, they said can’t you rent a car. When the manager finally came out to talk to me, he was dismissive and never took the time to listen to me. When I told him this was our only family car, he took a phone call from one his reps, then said “sorry about that, what were you saying” after that I went to a Kia in Broward and the service was amazing. Did the service in a day. Dropped me off at my appointment and picked me up later. They even washed my car. Super professional. Don’t use Kia on Pembroke Rd & SR 441 unless disrespect, bad service and overpaying is your thing. If it is, then this place is heaven! More
Issues: - When scheduling an appointment cannot talk to someone actually at the dealership (only off site operator of scheduling) - Operator for scheduling has no idea on Prices of service or parts price someone actually at the dealership (only off site operator of scheduling) - Operator for scheduling has no idea on Prices of service or parts prices - Operator left several messages for the dealership to call the customer back with prices, the dealership never called the customer back with prices, despite several attempts being made - Operator told customer replacement car would be provided while car was being serviced, then get to the dealership and the Service Dept. says no replacement car for this service that is being completed. Customer had to wait 2-3hrs for service to be completed, even though the Customer had other plans based off the Operator saying a replacement car would be provided. More

Dealership has not been very helpful at resolving issues after car was purchased. Fees for services were snuck into the contract and the service and maintenance department requires a month to schedule your after car was purchased. Courteous, patient with my questions and such. THEY WERE ABLE TO SAVE ME SOME MONEY AS WELL. What was really good about this particular visit was meeting Shawn (tall Gentleman with a beard) from the Service Area Support Staff. He washed and vacuumed my vehicle absolutely spotless for "Delivery" after the Mechanical Servicing and such. He was absolutely AMAZING, POLITE PROFESSIONAL!!! Have I mentioned how clean the interior of my vehicle was? Top Shelf Job!!!! Those three Gentlemen really are to be Commended, indeed! Don't know what other people are saying about this Service Department but I recommend them. More

Era excelente pero últimamente han ido eliminado servicios que le ofrecían al cliente, La gran mayoría de los dealer de autos grandes envían a los clientes por Uber si el auto se va a tardar más servicios que le ofrecían al cliente, La gran mayoría de los dealer de autos grandes envían a los clientes por Uber si el auto se va a tardar más de 2 horas en darle el servicio de garantía, o lo llevan a la casa y hasta le prestan un auto del dealer. En Kia Hollywood ahora no.El dealer está saturado de autos nuevos sin vender y los clientes no tienen donde estacionarse,algunos de los que trabajan con el público no son muy simpáticos. More
