I made an appointment over a week prior to my appointment for a recall which listed on the form. I arrived and told to wait in the lounge. After about 30 minutes, I was told that the part was not in stock f for a recall which listed on the form. I arrived and told to wait in the lounge. After about 30 minutes, I was told that the part was not in stock for this recall item that I made an appointment for over a week prior. I took off time from work, and drove 25 minutes to make sure I could get this recall fixed. I received no apology, just a the part needs to be ordered. That is highly unprofessional. I have gone to other dealerships who have quality customer service. I will never return to Hollywood Kia. I will have the recall fixed at a different dealer. More

I had a 10:00 appointment I scheduled a month in advance. When I got there a few minutes before 10:00, I was told to have a seat and they will be with me in a few minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of standing in the middle of the lobby, it was finally my turn. The lady at the front desk was telling everyone that walked in for their appointment that it would only be a few minutes. This was a major flaw and only made people upset. Not to mention it took me 4 calls to the service center to simply confirm my appointment prior to my visit. Don’t waste your time with these people at this dealership, you will only regret it. More
