Lack of Concern by Some Got to the location about 10am. Waiting about 3 hours and not seen by a service advisor. Went to front desk and asked is it normal not to see an advis Got to the location about 10am. Waiting about 3 hours and not seen by a service advisor. Went to front desk and asked is it normal not to see an advisor yet or the timeline, she stated she didn't know and continued talking to coworkers. Waiting more got a call from an advisor I explained I'm in the lobby walk over and still no action was taken to get my vehicle serviced. Went to manager and ask it it normal to wait 3 hours plus and yet not see an advisor. He apologized and took my car to the back. I wait about an hour and thought it would take a while longer was going to go walking. Seen my car outside came back in and ask if my car is waiting or done. Another advisor said it was done was going to call me. He apologized and provided $5 off. I left felling like my time was wasted and stolen. More

Do not return calls I have a lease from KIA. I needed to schedule an oil change. I called and left 3 messages for them to call me back to schedule a time. I also calle I have a lease from KIA. I needed to schedule an oil change. I called and left 3 messages for them to call me back to schedule a time. I also called and left a message with the receptionist to have them call me back, and lastly I called and left a message on the manager’s voice mail to call me back. I did not receive 1 phone call back! That is very poor customer service and I wish I would never have leased my vehicle from there. The time before that, I called 3 times before I even had someone answer the phone. More
