Upon arriving at the Hollywood Kia dealership to get my car serviced, there was a long line of cars in line on a very busy boulevard waiting to turn right into the dealership. Despite having a 10:00 appointment to get my car serviced, I was not seen until 12:00 p.m. When I book the appointment online, I was asked whether I wanted a loaner vehicle, but upon checking in with the service representative, was told that Hollywood Kia does not provide loaner vehicles to its service customers, so I waited for seven hours until my car was ready. When I purchased my new vehicle in 2022, I was promised three years of free maintenance but upon checking out of my appointment, I was presented with a bill of $341 for nothing more than routine maintenance items. Overall, it was quite an underwhelming experience that I hope to never repeat. More
