Very unprofessional Lack of professionalism in multiple aspects of the service experience.. My experience required involving the store manager who then got the service manager involved.. this was the second visit for the same problem that is still NOT RESOLVED.. I was NOT provided a loaner or rental despite the inconvenience.. phone attendants were rude and it took 8x. to reach someone without being placed on hold or transferred to voicemail.. service advisor didn’t do proper intake of the vehicle and was callous.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SETTING !!!! More

Timely, friendly, professional and courteous As soon as in parked I was approached and told the approximate wait time. I went inside signed in and sat for only a few minuets when Tevan came over As soon as in parked I was approached and told the approximate wait time. I went inside signed in and sat for only a few minuets when Tevan came over and introduced himself and confirmed the service I needed and the wait time. He kept me update; when my car was next, when it went to be serviced, the time it would take to finish, when it went for a wash....he was very professional and super polite and concerned. I felt he had a genuine interest in what I needed done! More

Average Almost three hours of wait time to get basic service and wheel alignment. After I picked up the car the car continued to have a pull to the right, whe Almost three hours of wait time to get basic service and wheel alignment. After I picked up the car the car continued to have a pull to the right, when I informed the service representative she questioned it and test drove the car, she said it was fine. She notified the service manager whom never acknowledged me or made eye contact. The car was rechecked for alignment and according the mechanic it was aligned , after the diagnosis I left since I could not wait any longer. More
