For the brand new car with less than 10k miles in two years which has paid maintenance coverage, but still have to pay for the filters and labor. I didn’t have this issue with my brand new Mazda at Mazda years which has paid maintenance coverage, but still have to pay for the filters and labor. I took my car to Hollywood Kia because my car got vandalized by The Kia Boys. They broke the ignition and lower column. I went to Hollywood Kia and got an estimate for $399.00 and also asked for an o vandalized by The Kia Boys. They broke the ignition and lower column. I went to Hollywood Kia and got an estimate for $399.00 and also asked for an oil change. I got told to pay $150.00 additional for the oil change. The next day I got another estimate for $1884.14. After 14 days I went to find out why my car wasn’t ready and an adviser told me that they were still waiting for parts and there was a mistake with the ordering process and also the estimate was going to be now $2800.00. I decided to take the car out of Hollywood Kia. Then I was obligated to pay $500.00 for the initial inspection without any work being done to my car. I was devastated and very disappointed with the overall outcome. Nothing was resolved and my car is still damaged. Hollywood Kia’s was where I bought my car and has been my dealer until now. I find this very unfair and feel I was misguided and taken advantage of. There was no consideration, urgency, or resolution to my problem. More
