Nice customer service by Josh I’ve been using Kia service since Nov 2016, had 4 service consultants (the 3rd consultant I had literally took advantage of the fact that I don’t know I’ve been using Kia service since Nov 2016, had 4 service consultants (the 3rd consultant I had literally took advantage of the fact that I don’t know about cars and sold me items in a package that I didn’t really need to buy in the dealership but could’ve bought them in other places) and after a year and a half Josh was the only one who explained the package I have included on my lease. Eventually The 2 yr old was doing e and she could just not wait anymore. Tevin got me an Uber so the kids and I could go home and come back. Thank the lord.Tony the Uber driver can contest to how done my daughter was. I am still so sorry. Thank you. More
