Do not return calls I have a lease from KIA. I needed to schedule an oil change. I called and left 3 messages for them to call me back to schedule a time. I also calle I have a lease from KIA. I needed to schedule an oil change. I called and left 3 messages for them to call me back to schedule a time. I also called and left a message with the receptionist to have them call me back, and lastly I called and left a message on the manager’s voice mail to call me back. I did not receive 1 phone call back! That is very poor customer service and I wish I would never have leased my vehicle from there. The time before that, I called 3 times before I even had someone answer the phone. More

Multi point inspection Came in for a multi point inspection on my 2017 optima once it hit 10,000 miles. Everyone at this location was very nice. Best service ever I purchased I vehicle there. The best thing I can say about this place is the service department is 2nd to none. You are treated like good here. Every I purchased I vehicle there.
